Tafatolu brings Pasifika storytelling to life through the playful and provocative spirit of Fale Aitu, the traditional Sāmoan oratory practice that encouraged villages to laugh through tension and speak truth with humour. From the creators of Welcome Home, this Ōtautahi based collaboration with Y|NOT weaves together myth, legend and the ancient Atua of the Moana to create a tale fuelled by friendship, courage and loyalty.

The result is a riot of heart, hilarity and ancestral fire, as the old gods watch over a story that tests the bonds between friends and family in surprising and unforgettable ways.
